About Our Team
After years of working in the antique business and education careers, Cindy Spitza and Sheila Hellen joined forces in 2012 to create CS Estate Sales. Our knowledge of antiques, home furnishings, marketing, and management combine with our practice of hard work and high ethics to produce a sale that is both lucrative for clients and enticing to customers
Services
CS Estate Sales assists clients in selling surplus items necessary for closing out estates, downsizing, and reorganizing home environments. We sort, clean, price, and stage items to be sold, and then advertise, staff, and host the sale. Upon sale completion and, if desired by the client, we also assist with removal of remaining items through donation, recycling, or consignment.
